Before enrolling in this class, ‘narration’ was just like ‘story’ to me. However, after the first class, something changed in my mind of how I define this term. It became more abstract to me, in other words, anything is outputted by a person, can be defined as a narration.
For us as future designers, we should be aware of how to use narrations in our designs properly. Currently, I am having the cognitive science class and the learning science class at the same time, these two courses provide a foundation knowledge for me, which involves tons of learning theories and principles. These could help me better in narration when I am designing for a project. Besides, I am also taking UX class this semester, I could see the connections in theories, narrations and designs.
