A weekly practice for founders who have something to say

Most founders don’t have a content problem.
They have a clarity problem.

Claire is the weekly practice that gets the founder’s real voice into the world. One conversation every two weeks. Twenty minutes to review.

Four reasons you’re struggling to find your voice.

01

Time

Writing’s always the plan. Meetings, hires, and the next deal always come first.

02

The blank paper effect

Ideas come in conversation, not at the keyboard.

03

Relevance

What lands with your audience shifts every week. Keeping up is its own job.

04

Sounding like you

Ghostwriters write in their voice. People can tell.

How the practice works.

01
60 min, biweekly

The Clarity Hour

One conversation, every two weeks. We ask. You talk. We listen carefully.

02
Weekly delivery

The week's drafts

Writing and video, drafted in your voice. In your inbox each Thursday, ready for your approval before they go out under your name.

03
20 min, weekly

Twenty minutes to approve

One review window each week. Flag anything before Monday. That's the whole ask.

Clarity makes all the difference.

At Claire, we focus on three principles, and a simple process that gets your real voice into the world, week after week.

01

The Clarity Hour

One conversation, every two weeks. We listen. From that hour, two weeks of writing in your voice.

02

We write from you, not for you

Most agencies write in their voice with your name on top. We write in yours, in the words you actually use.

03

Personal brand is company brand

The audience you build follows the company. Deals close. Recruits answer. Capital lands.

Three tiers. One practice. More depth as you go.

Common questions.

Who owns the writing?+

You do. Always. Every word published under your name belongs to you. The IP transfer is in the contract.

What if I don't like a draft?+

Tell us. We rewrite. The goal is your voice, not ours. If a draft doesn't sound right, that's our signal to listen better next Hour.

What's the time commitment from me?+

One Hour every two weeks, plus twenty minutes a week to review and approve drafts. That's the whole ask.

What happens if I miss an Hour?+

We reschedule. The cadence is biweekly, but we work around your calendar. If a week's writing is at risk, we'll surface what we have and ask before publishing anything.

Can I pause or cancel?+

Anytime. Month-to-month, no annual contract. Prorated if you cancel mid-month.

Do I have to use LinkedIn?+

No. We work with whatever surface fits: LinkedIn, X, Substack, your own newsletter. Most founders pick LinkedIn because that's where the audience is. We follow your lead.
